Author: Janani Eswar Ingredients Dates 12 pieces Unsalted smooth cashew butter ½ cup Sugar-free strawberry jam ½ cup Coconut flour 6 tbsp Cocoa powder 6 tbsp Salt 1 pinch Oat flour ¾ cup For decorations Beet powder or dragon fruit powder 5 tbsp Directions In a food processor, pulse together the dates, cashew butter, Strawberry jam until it turns out smooth. Add cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt, and oat flour and mix well until it turns into a smooth dough (Should not be wet or sticky, in that case, use more coconut flour).
