Author: Aditi Eswar Ingredients Payasam Base 2 cups soaked seedless Dates 1 ½ cups Water ½ cup Almond Butter 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut 2 pods of Cardamom (powdered) a tiny pinch of Edible Camphor Main 1 cup cooked Rajamudi Rice Directions Grind all ingredients under Payasam Base to a smooth paste. Once ground, transfer the Payasam Base to a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. When the mixture starts to bubble, add the cooked rice to it and mix well till everything comes together.
