Author: Janani Eswar Ingredients Mashed Banana 120g Unsweetened Apple Sauce ½ cup Vanilla extract 1 tsp Chia Seeds 1 tbsp Rolled Oats 100g Almond Flour ½ cup Baking Powder ½ tbsp Cinnamon 1 tbsp Almond Butter 30g Directions Blend the apple sauce, banana, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together. In a bowl, take oats, and almond flour. Cinnamon, and baking powder. Combine them together by whisking well. Add the blended ingredients and almond butter to the dry mixture and combine well. The dough will be quite wet. Refrigerate the cookie dough for 10 min. Preheat the oven to 180 F. Scoop the cookie dough into balls and place them on a baking paper lined tray and gently flatten with your hands or the back of a wet spoon. Bake for 10 minutes until it is golden.
