Refund Policy
We care about your issues and so would be happy to hear from you and solve any issues you might face. But please be aware that unless it is an error in production from our end, We have a No return, no refund policy.
Please note that we will not entertain complaints if the complaint is raised after the expiry date of the product in question.
To initiate a complaint, you can contact us at doctor@sampoornaahara.com. If your return is accepted because of a quality issue, we’ll send you a return shipping label/schedule a pick up, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with a photograph, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case your return request is accepted, we will require the return of the product before the stated expiry date in order to evaluate the issue and refund or replace the product.
Please note that we will not entertain complaints if the complaint is raised after the expiry date of the product in question.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please note, we do not offer any cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method.
In case of a quality issue, if your return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit for a suitable portion or full value of your order as decided by us based on your complaint. This can be utilised towards your next order from us. Please note, cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
