These flaxseed B12 crackers are just about that. Moderately spiced with Indian flavors and just the right amount of flax and B12 needed per day.
Flaxseeds are highly nutritious and we are thrilled to be able to make a snack which is almost entirely made of it! Flaxseeds have a high quantity of Omega - 3 fatty acids and this flavor comes through in our flaxseed crackers.
Ingredients : Flax, wheat, Pepper, Kobri, Dates, Curry Leaves Dry Herbs, Cashew Jeera, White Till , Red chilli Flakes. Salt, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Allergens : Wheat
How to use:
Enjoy two crackers daily to meet your flax seed requirement for the day. Each cracker also has enough Vitamin B12 for the day. (You need not worry about taking too much. Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin, so you will just pee out the extra B12!)
Always store in airtight containers to retain crispiness.
The crackers are just amazing and I can just eat it straight or crush and top it up on my salad to add a tasty twist. I even tried it as a meal accompaniment (like papad or fritters). A tad bit spicy for my palate but a must try nevertheless.
Though I do not encourage fortified food, however, the goodness of flaxseeds with dates and cocoa flavour (subtle) is delicious strong anti inflammatory food. If one can opt for non-fortified, would be very helpful.
The slightly dangling texture of the peanut butter when you open the jar or when you try to scoop out with a spoon shows its pure. You can still see minute crumbs of peanut which says its all natural ! Really love it for its purity. Thank you for this product.
