To make the jam, simply place the grapes, date paste, and lemon juice into a stainless steel pan with a thick bottom. Gently heat the mixture while stirring continuously until it reaches the desired consistency.
Separate the jam into two or three glass containers with metal lids, and immediately seal when the jam is still hot. To sterilize the containers, bring a pot of water to a boil and submerge them for 2-3 minutes. Seedless grapes 1.7kg (green or black grapes can be used)

Lemon juice 3tbsp
Place grapes, date paste, and lemon juice into a stainless steel pan with a thick bottom.
