The outcome is an intense, tasty jam that can be sealed in glass jars and last up to one month unopened. To make the jam, simply place the grapes, date paste, and lemon juice into a stainless steel pan with a thick bottom. Gently heat the mixture while stirring continuously until it reaches the desired consistency.
Separate the jam into two or three glass containers with metal lids, and immediately seal when the jam is still hot. To sterilize the containers, bring a pot of water to a boil and submerge them for 2-3 minutes. This recipe ensures you have homemade grape jam without any added preservatives or sugars whenever you want!

Seedless grapes 1.7kg (green or black grapes can be used)
Date paste 1kg
Lemon juice 3tbsp
Directions
Place grapes, date paste, and lemon juice into a stainless steel pan with a thick bottom.
Heat the mixture using gentle heat, stirring frequently.
In the meantime, break up the grapes using a wooden spoon.
Boil for 25-35 minutes, stirring continuously until you reach your desired consistency.
Divide the jam between two - three glass containers with metal lids, leaving a space of ¼ inch at the top.
Seal the jar right away while the jam is hot.
To sanitize the bottles, bring a large pot of water to a boil and submerge them for 2-3 minutes.
This seal ensures your jam will stay fresh in the bottle for up to a month without opening.
