Our kitchen is well maintained, disinfected using organic disinfectant. Floors are cleared, mopped using organic floor cleaners. Toilets are away from the kitchen. No, it isn't a paleo diet. It is a whole foods, plant-based diet.

How many days does it take to get my delivered meal?
Your meal should arrive within 2-3 days of ordering. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams, weather conditions etc., there may be delays beyond these times. In case of an emergency situation like Covid 19 outbreak, we might need more time than usual to serve you. Please bear with us during these difficult times.
When can I expect delivery of meals?
Your lunch is prepared fresh from early morning hours to mid morning in our specialised kitchen in Malleswaram, Bangalore. Delivery of meals for lunch start around 9:00 a.m. and finish around 1:00 p.m.
Your dinner is prepared fresh from afternoon hours to early evening in our kitchen. Delivery of meals for dinner start around 4:00 p.m. and finish around 8:00 p.m.
Does Sampoorna Ahara cater to Vegetarians?
Yes, we serve only vegetarian meals. We do not use eggs, meat, fish, dairy products or honey in our menu. We avoid meat products because they contain hormones which affect human metabolism adversely. We do not use milk products because they cause allergies and number one cause of cancer among some people. Our Veg food is prepared without animal fat and cholesterol. Our vegetarian food is free from additives, preservatives and colouring agents.
Is your delivery free?
Our delivery charges are included as part of the total subscription cost. Please check the individual product specific details. Delivery charges may be applicable in some products. We charge a reasonable delivery fee to support sustainable uninterrupted delivery services.
Is your meal delivered in a good food box? Green Chef uses eco-friendly packaging. How is your packaging?
All our boxes are 100% reusable steel tiffin boxes. They are cleaned daily using hot water in an industrial dish washer. They are dried using a hot drier. Tiffin boxes are collected on return journey by our health food delivery partners.
Do you offer contactless deliveries?
Our service drivers follow strict Covid19 protocols. They sanitise their hands before and after handling your tiffin box. Each driver is tested regularly. They have all received two doses of vaccination.
Snap Kitchen offers Organic meals. Is yours organic?
We source all our vegetables, fruits and groceries from sourced directly from natural farmers organically sourced farmers through Farm Fresh Bangalore. They use no chemicals or pesticides while growing these crops. All our products are identified as 100% organic.
