Ingredients
Fresh Raspberries 800g
Dried Raisins 700g
Directions
Put the raspberries and raisins in a blender and pulse until blended according to your preference.
Place over gentle heat and stir continuously until it thickens.
Test the jam by dropping a tiny bit on a plate and running your finger through it after it has cooled.
When it reaches your preferred thickness, immediately transfer it into glass jars and close it while very hot. Leave an inch of space above the jam, don’t fill to the brim.
Wait for it to cool before storing it in the fridge.
Recipe Note
Notes: Once opened, use the jar within 7-10 days. It will last well in the fridge for up to a month without opening. If you would like to store it for longer, freeze the jars for up to 6 months.
