Our kitchen is well maintained, disinfected using organic disinfectant. Floors are cleared, mopped using organic floor cleaners. Toilets are away from the kitchen. No, it isn't a paleo diet. It is a whole foods, plant-based diet.
The Paleo diet is a popular diet that was developed by Dr. Loren Cordain, who is a professor at Colorado State University. This diet focuses on eating foods that were available during the Paleolithic era, which is about 2 million years ago. The Paleo diet has been criticized for being too restrictive, and not being able to provide adequate nutrition.
Advocates say that the "paleo" or "caveman" diet is a healthier way to eat. In fact, the diet has been widely used to treat a variety of medical conditions in recent years. However, a growing number of experts say that the typical paleo diet often puts people at risk of developing nutrient deficiencies.
