Ingredients: Orange, Dates, Lemon zest, Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, Almond, cashew, Dessicated coconut flour, Whole wheat flour, Brown raisins, Black Raisins, Figs, Dry Date powder, Aluminium free baking powder, Baking soda, Apple cider vinegar, Organic Blackstrap molasses*, (*High in iron and calcium and with a low glycemic index which mean it doesn't spike blood sugar quickly, this is the healthy syrup left behind after white sugar is extracted from jaggery)

Healthy & Satiating Dish

It is very human for all of us to desire the we relish our food which is very important for nourishment and survival. Unfortunately, we all get used to heightened tastes due to artificial flavor, color and taste and forget the original natural taste of the ingredients.
The dish I ordered from Sampoornaahara was so natural and balanced in all the tastes required for satiation and nourishment without any added flavors, colors which was mind blowing. It reminded me of the food we used to eat about 2 - 3 decades earlier which was home prepared with natural ingredients, lots of love & affection from our mothers and grand-mothers. Thanks a ton Dr Achyuthan Eshwar for such a wonderful natural food.
