A sweet, chewy and decadent truffles made from cashew butter, dates & a few other natural ingredients.
Naturally sweetened with dates and blended cashew butter, these balls are a guilt-free treat that are simple to make.
This recipe is perfect for making sugar-free bites if you want a little sweetness without all the sugar, or just something delicious to take the edge off a craving!

Ingredients
Dates 12 pieces

Unsalted smooth cashew butter ½ cup
Sugar-free strawberry jam ½ cup
Coconut flour 6 tbsp
Cocoa powder 6 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Oat flour ¾ cup
Beet powder or dragon fruit powder 5 tbsp
For decorations
Directions
In a food processor, pulse together the dates, cashew butter, Strawberry jam until it turns out smooth.
Add cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt, and oat flour and mix well until it turns into a smooth dough (Should not be wet or sticky, in that case, use more coconut flour).
Using a teaspoon, scoop out truffles in the large marble size.
Keep the scooped truffles on a plate at a distance.
Chill the truffles for an hour.
While serving dust the dragon fruit powder or beet powder on the truffle.
Enjoy the truffles!
