We're celebrating Women's health this March with a range of curated goodies that are every bit as healthy as they are tasty! Every item in this collection is carefully designed to help the active woman get a healthy break!

Here are some ingredients we've focused on in this collection:

Dates: They are not only rich in iron but anti-oxidant rich as well. With heart-healthy Carotenoids, anti-inflammatory Phenolic Acid, and Flavonoids that protect brain health, dates are indeed a superfood!

Peanuts: Peanuts and nuts are a good source of omega-3, fiber, vitamin E, antioxidants and “good” fats. As such, they have been associated with a number of health benefits, particularly for the heart.

Lentils: They have the second-highest antioxidant content (behind black beans) among all tested legumes and offer significant levels of protein, iron, zinc, and folate.

Flaxseeds: They are known as one of the richest sources of essential omega-3 fatty acids and having around one hundred times more cancer-fighting lignans than other foods, have also been demonstrated to prove helpful against breast and prostate cancers.

Black pepper: It is a powerful antioxidant. One study found that black pepper extracts were able to resist over 93% of the free radical damage stimulated in the study.
