This recipe is sweetened with dry date powder instead of granulated sugar and we've replaced regular butter with almond butter.
To make these cookies you will need a baking sheet and a cookie scoop. Preheat the oven to 350°F and follow the instructions below for perfectly baked cookies every time!

Ingredients
Dry Date Powder 1 ½ cups

Almond Butter 1 cup
Mashed Banana ½ cup
Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
Ragi Flour 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
Cocoa Powder ⅔ cup
Baking Soda ¾ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips 2 cups
Chopped Walnuts ½ cup
Almond Milk 1 cup
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F
Firstly, mix together almond butter, mashed banana, almond milk and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
In another bowl, combine dry date powder, ragi flour, wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir into the wet mixture until well blended and smooth texture.
On a baking tray lined with a silicone sheet or parchment paper, drop spoonful of dough with enough space to allow the cookies to expand.
On each spoonful of dough decorate with Choco chip and walnuts and flatten slightly. Use a fork if you would like to create interesting designs on top.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160° C until just set, up to 20-25 min.
Cool slightly on cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Either serve fresh or store in airtight containers or jars for up to a month.
