The Gulab Jamun Cake jar has layers of Elaichi flavoured sponge, soaked in date syrup, Creamy cashew vanilla icing and our signature Gehun Gulab Jamun with a hearty sprinkle of chopped nuts and rose petals to top it off!
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, apple cider vinegar, banana, Desiccated Coconut, Natural Vanilla bean powder, Dates, Sweet potato, Soy milk, Cashew, Almond, Pista, Rose petals, Erythritol*, Cardamom, Saffron, Aluminium-free Baking Soda, aluminium-free baking powder, Antu (resin from the cluster bean plant)
*A zero calorie sweetener. Research has found it to be a safe alternative. We use it in certain dishes. in small quantities and always only for in addition to plenty of dates, since dates alone makes sweets too fudgy. Though I do not encourage fortified food, however, the goodness of flaxseeds with dates and cocoa flavour (subtle) is delicious strong anti inflammatory food. If one can opt for non-fortified, would be very helpful.
The slightly dangling texture of the peanut butter when you open the jar or when you try to scoop out with a spoon shows its pure. You can still see minute crumbs of peanut which says its all natural ! Really love it for its purity. Thank you for this product.
